I am a Hematologist-Oncologist with solo practice in California.  I first met Heidi Schlenker in 2012 when she was working for a previous medical billing service in charge of my account.  Over the next six years, Heidi was in charge of my account.  I was very impressed by her knowledge and ability to manage my billing which involved Medicare, multiple diverse managed care plans, and individual insurers.  In February 2018, when Heidi’s previous employer closed that billing company and Heidi decided to open her own billing company Cedar Ridge LLC, I was very relieved to know I would be able to continue my billing with a person that had familiarity with and proven expertise in the very complicated field of billing for the many chemotherapy agents and supportive drugs administered in my office. 

In addition to Heidi’s billing expertise in the complex field of Hematology-Oncology, I have found her to be very personable, approachable, and available, responsive to my decisions regarding lowering a patient’s copayment for reasons of hardship and to my concerns about insurance companies attempting to delay payments.  She communicates well and in a timely fashion with my front office person and my nurse, as well as with myself.
